Bree

Briana teaches Vinyasa yoga with a focus on flow, breathwork, and mindful concentration. Bree’s teaching highlights the importance of finding a balance between effort and ease both on and off the mat. Bree is passionate about yoga as a moving meditation that connects the body, mind, and soul through dynamic movement, breath, and play. As a current student of the British Wheel of Yoga, she has been awarded the Foundation Certificate and is in the process of receiving her 300hr certificate. Her accent may give her away as she is originally from Chicago but has been living in the UK for the last three years. Beyond yoga, Bree enjoys football, museums, reading, and Ayurvedic nutrition.
